SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy describes how DSL OTOPATAMAR, registered under CNPJ number 14.377.609/0001-00, delivers products purchased on our website.
1. Nature of the Products
DSL OTOPATAMAR sells digital products, specifically advanced accounts for the game Dream League Soccer (DLS), as well as coins and diamonds for said game. Because these are digital goods, there is no physical shipment of merchandise.
2. Shipping Method
2.1. The delivery of digital products is carried out automatically and electronically.
2.2. After confirmation of payment for your purchase, the login and password for the acquired account, or the necessary data to access the coins/diamonds, will be immediately sent to the email address registered by the Buyer at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Time
3.1. The access data is sent instantly after the financial transaction is approved by the payment institution.
3.2. In exceptional cases of system instability or additional security checks (which may occur in rare situations), shipping may take longer, but the Seller undertakes to make the delivery as soon as possible.
4. Buyer's Responsibility
4.1. It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address at the time of purchase.
4.2. The Buyer must check their inbox, including spam, junk mail, or promotions folders, to ensure receipt of the access data.
4.3. DSL OTOPATAMAR is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect information provided by the Buyer (incorrect email address, full mailbox, etc.) or from failures in third-party systems (email providers).
5. Support in Case of Non-Receipt
