REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which DSL OTOPATAMAR, registered under CNPJ number 14.377.609/0001-00, processes refund requests for digital products sold on its website.
1. Nature of the Products and Immediate Consumption
DSL OTOPATAMAR sells digital products, such as advanced Dream League Soccer (DLS) game accounts and virtual items (coins and diamonds). These products are characterized as digital goods, non-fungible and for immediate consumption. Once the access data is sent to the Buyer and the account or virtual items can be used, the product is considered consumed.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code)
According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from its signing or the act of receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting for the supply of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment (by telephone or at home).
2.1. Applicability to Digital Products
Although the right of withdrawal applies to online purchases, the nature of digital products for immediate consumption, such as game accounts and virtual items, presents particularities:
• Immediate Consumption: From the moment the Buyer receives the access data and has the possibility to use the account or virtual items, the product is considered consumed. The use, even minimal, of the account or virtual items may characterize consumption and, consequently, limit the right to a full refund.
• Irreversibility: The transfer of a game account or the addition of virtual items is, in most cases, irreversible. Once the access data is delivered, the Seller loses control over the use of the account and cannot guarantee that it has not been used or that the virtual items have not been consumed.
3. Conditions for Refund
Considering the nature of digital products and their immediate consumption, DSL OTOPATAMAR adopts the following refund policy:
3.1. Non-Refundable After Use: Once account access data or virtual items have been sent and there is evidence of use (e.g., account login, use of coins/diamonds), the product will be considered consumed and no refund will be issued.
3.2. Refund in Exceptional Cases: A refund may only be considered in situations where there is proven fault on the part of the Seller that prevents access to or use of the purchased product, and provided that there is no indication of use of the account or virtual items by the Buyer. In these cases, the Buyer must contact support within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, presenting evidence of the fault.
3.3. Application Review: Every refund request will be reviewed individually by the DSL OTOPATAMAR team. The final decision regarding the granting or denial of the refund will be communicated to the Buyer after the review.
4. Refund Exclusions
No refunds will be given in the following situations:
• Regret after using or accessing the account/virtual items.
• Provision of incorrect data by the Buyer (email, etc.) that prevents the receipt of access data.
• Account ban or suspension for violation of Dream League Soccer (DLS) game rules by the Buyer.
• Product incompatibility with the Buyer's device or game version, if compatibility information is available in the product description.
• Technical or connection problems on the Buyer's side that prevent access to or use of the product.
5. Refund Processing (when applicable)
If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed according to the original payment method used for the purchase, within a timeframe to be communicated to the Buyer.
