These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services and products offered by DSL OTOPATAMAR, a private legal entity, registered with the CNPJ under number 14.377.609/0001-00, with headquarters at Rua Thomas Antônio Gonzaga, Contagem, MG/BR - CEP: 32017-730, hereinafter referred to as "Seller".

By accessing, browsing, or using this website and purchasing our products, you ("Buyer") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Object

The Seller markets advanced accounts for the game Dream League Soccer (DLS), as well as coins and diamonds for said game. These products are digital goods, non-fungible and for immediate consumption, characterized by being access to virtual content.

2. Purchase and Delivery Process

2.1. Products are purchased exclusively through the Seller's website.

2.2. After payment confirmation, the login and password for the purchased account, or the access data for the coins/diamonds, will be automatically sent to the email address registered by the Buyer at the time of purchase. It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to provide a valid email address and check their inbox, including the spam folder.

2.3. Product delivery is digital and immediate after financial transaction approval.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

3.1. The Buyer is solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data provided at the time of purchase, including the email address.

3.2. After receiving the access data, the Buyer is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of the account login and password. The Seller is not responsible for losses, theft, or unauthorized access to the account after the data has been delivered.

3.3. The Buyer must verify the compatibility of the account or purchased items with their device and game version before purchase. Detailed information about accounts is provided in the product description.

3.4. The Buyer agrees to use the account and purchased items in accordance with the rules and policies of the Dream League Soccer (DLS) game. Any violation of the game rules that results in a ban or suspension of the account will not be the responsibility of the Seller and will not entitle the Buyer to a refund or exchange.

4. Limitations and Guarantees

4.1. The Seller guarantees the delivery of access data for a functional account at the time of purchase. From the moment of delivery, the responsibility for maintaining and using the account lies with the Buyer.

4.2. The Seller offers no guarantees regarding the future performance of the in-game account, nor regarding the permanence of any features or items that may be changed by the game developers.

4.3. Because it is a digital product for immediate consumption, once the access data is delivered and the account is potentially used, the product is considered consumed. According to Brazilian law, the right of withdrawal may be limited in these cases, as detailed in the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Dream League Soccer (DLS) game belong to their respective developers. The Seller only sells access to accounts and virtual items, and does not own the intellectual property of the game.

6. General Provisions

6.1. These Terms may be updated at any time by the Seller without prior notice. The Buyer is advised to periodically review this page to be aware of any modifications.

6.2. The tolerance by either party of the non-fulfillment of any obligation shall not be considered a waiver or novation, nor shall it prevent the demand for fulfillment of the obligation at any time.

7. Forum

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Contagem, Minas Gerais, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
